This Air Fryer Mexican Style Chicken Traybake is a super easy and delicious lunch or dinner, ready in less than half an hour!
INGREDIENT :
Chicken – We’re using about 4 breasts for this recipe
Black beans – These are the type in a tin that are already cooked, and they need to be drained and rinsed well
Veggies – I used onion and red peppers but you can swap in whatever you prefer
Fajita seasoning – Ideally use one that just has spices. Check the ingredients and choose one that doesn’t include ‘filler’ ingredients like salt or flour
